Fractal Bitcoin Circulation Status (Part 2)
As of September 2025, Fractal has successfully completed the six-month unlocking cycle for investors, advisors the core contributors.
This milestone coincides with Fractal’s one-year anniversary and the beginning of Q4 2025.
Before entering a new phase, we’d like to take a moment to review the current circulation status — helping the community better understand where we stand and laying the groundwork for 2026.
Current Release and Circulation Overview
In our previous circulation update (June 2025), we shared an overview of the initial release and distribution progress.
Here’s the updated chart reflecting the latest state as of October 2025:
As shown above, the current distribution is as follows:
- Fully Released: Pre-sale (5%), Core Contributor (15%)
- Partially Released and Processed: Advisor (1%), wFB (4%)
- Partial Release (1/10): Ecosystem (1%), Community (1.5%)
- Partial Release (1/4): Mining (12.5%)
Taken together, as of September 2025, approximately 40% of the total FB supply has been released.
Investor Distribution (Pre-sale)
In the previous report, we noted that the investor unlocks still had three months remaining.
All remaining releases have now been completed. The corresponding transactions are listed below:

Handling of Unused Funds from the Previous Year
From the Ecosystem (1%) and Community (1.5%) allocations in the previous fiscal year, a total of 3,086,849 FB remained unused.
These funds have been distributed as follows:
- 1,000,000 FB allocated to the Fractal 1st Anniversary Campaign,
- serving as additional rewards for the FB Farming system.
- 2,086,849 FB deposited into the Fractal Vault as long-term reserve funds.
Going forward, unless otherwise specified, any remaining funds at the end of each fiscal year will be transferred to the Fractal Vault for safekeeping — ensuring transparency and long-term sustainability.
Adjustment to Advisor Allocation
In the original Tokenomics, the Advisor allocation represented 5% of total supply. Of this, 1% has been distributed as planned, while the remaining 4% has been converted into Wrapped FB (WFB) for cross-chain deployment and liquidity provision on other networks.

- The general planning of Fractal in 2026 has been in preparation for some time. More details will be shared in Q4 2025.
